Required Vaccinations: Dogs: Current Rabies, Parvo, Distemper and Bordatella are required. Bordatella (kennel cough) is recommended every 6 months. Rabies, Parvo and Distemper must be given annually but we will consider other vaccination protocol with written document from your veterinarian. We request our clients to fax a copy of proof of vaccinations prior to drop-off but you may bring with you a copy at check-in time. Cats: Current Rabies and FVRCP

Health: Our guests should be in reasonably good health with up to date vaccinations. Any pet with signs of pest infestations will be treated with Frontline or receive a flea bath at owner’s expense. We can spot declining health in well dogs; if we detect a developing health concern we will contact the owner for instructions. If the situation is urgent we will contact the pet’s regular veterinarian for instructions or go the Emergency Clinic after hours if necessary.

Food & Feeding: We serve our guests either PRECISE or IAMS brand dry dog foods and or BIL JAC fresh frozen food. You are welcome to bring your pet’s favorite food from home but not anything that requires cooking. A refrigerator is available for perishable foods. We can serve our guests as often as they eat at home. Suggestion: If bringing food from home it can be packaged in zip lock bags in the amount to be given at each feeding labeled morning, afternoon or evening. Or you can bring the amount of food required for their stay in an airtight container. Food and water dishes are provided.

Bedding and Toys: You are welcome you to bring your pet’s favorite bedding and toys from home. All items brought in from home should be machine washable in hot water so we can keep their belongings nice and fresh. Please don’t bring anything that can be chewed or destroyed that you may want back

Geriatric and Special Care Handling: This service is for pets that may need special attention/needs over and above the normal provided to our guests. Price will be quoted in advance.

After-hour Services: The manager lives on the premises. In order to better serve our clients and guests we offer after hour services. This service allows clients to make special arrangements to drop-off or pick-up their pets not during our regular hours of operations for a $20.00 fee. After hour arrangements should be made in advance and is at our discretion.

Grooming Spa:  We offer an all-breed dog and cat grooming service for our guests and visitors.
