Check out time is 12:00 noon. If your pet is picked up before noon Monday through Saturday you will not be charged for that day. Check out in the afternoon will be charged for a full day.

For our clients' convenience, we are open for pick-ups between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on Sundays by appointment.  A full day's charge will be assessed for Sunday pick-up.

Closed on the following holidays for dropping off or picking up your pets:  New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.

The manager lives on the premises. If you need to pick-up or drop-off your pet after hours we will try to accommodate your needs.
